Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of QRDynamic at qrdynamic.dev. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

QRDynamic lets you create static QR codes for free and dynamic QR codes whose destination you can change after printing. Dynamic QR codes work through a short link on qrdynamic.dev that redirects visitors to the destination you choose. Plan limits and features are described on the pricing page.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for your account and for everything done through it. Please tell us if you think someone else has accessed it. You can delete your account at any time in your account settings.

Your content and destinations

You keep ownership of what you create and of the destinations your QR codes point to. You give us only the permission we need to host your data and operate the service for you, such as storing your QR codes and redirecting scans.

You are responsible for the destination of every QR code you create, including the content of the pages it links to and the permissions you need for any people, trademarks, or material involved. People scan printed codes without seeing where they lead, so please treat that trust seriously.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use QRDynamic to:

Link to phishing, scams, malware, or deceptive pages, or change a destination to one after a code has been printed and distributed.
Link to illegal content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
Hide or misrepresent where a code leads in order to mislead people.
Send automated or abusive traffic, or try to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Resell or bulk-generate codes in a way that goes beyond your plan limits.

We may pause or remove QR codes, or suspend accounts, that break these rules or put people at risk. Where it is reasonable and safe to do so, we will tell you why.

No ads on redirects

We do not show ads or interstitial pages to people who scan your codes. A scan sends the visitor straight to your destination.

Plans and payments

Free includes unlimited static QR codes and the dynamic code allowance shown on the pricing page.
Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly. It renews automatically until you cancel.
Lifetime is a one-time payment that gives you the Lifetime plan for as long as QRDynamic offers the service.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay, and you can manage your payment method and cancel a subscription from your account billing settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@qrdynamic.dev and we will review it.

If your paid plan ends, you keep your free allowance. We do not intend to stop existing QR codes from redirecting only because a subscription ended, and we will give notice before we change how this works.

Availability

We work to keep QRDynamic available and your redirects fast, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change or discontinue features. If we ever plan to shut the service down, we will give reasonable notice so you can move your codes.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law. Before you send a QR code to print, test that it scans reliably in the conditions where it will be used.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
